Preset library filled out; sheet reconciliation redefined

  • Eighteen built-in presets added, so every typology has at least one and the larger types have a small and a mid-range project. Each preset now carries its own hours per sheet and phase split, so its sheet count and fee tell the same story. The original eight are unchanged.
  • The Sheet Count Reconciliation card used to divide CD-phase hours by the full-set hours-per-sheet rule and add the result to an SD figure, then compare that sum with the CD sheet count. It now answers its own question: sheets the fee supports next to sheets entered, the fee those sheets need next to the fee entered, with deltas in sheets and dollars. The SD set is shown separately. CSV and math validation exports match.
  • Regression baseline recaptured after a reviewed diff: no hours, cost, phase, role, alert, or modifier output changed.
  • Presets 4 to 8 (office, mixed-use, K-12, clinic, lab) revised with fees, sheet counts, hours per sheet, and CA shares that reconcile with the rest of the library.
  • The reconciliation card and the Finish tab now explain that finish level scales CD labor per sheet with Gold as the baseline, so a Silver or Bronze project shows the fee supporting more sheets.

Typologies, construction types, and story caps

  • Building typologies grew from nine to nineteen, each with a benchmark construction cost, cost variance, and cost driver shown in the picker and in Planning Assumptions. Old names map to the new ones automatically in saved scenarios.
  • Construction types now use the IBC names (Type 1A through Type 5B, two podium variants, Other). The number of floors is capped per construction type instead of a flat 10.
  • Default individual role rates updated to national averages, with the typical range shown on each rate.
  • Planning Assumptions shows each default next to its field, flags modified values, and offers Reset to defaults per block.
  • Every card in the left column can be collapsed. Advanced Settings gained Dropdown Lists to hide typologies and construction types you never use.
  • Tooltips now render above every panel.
  • The walkthrough is now the User guide, with fresh screenshots and a new section on calibrating the model to your firm's actual project hours and averages.
  • New preset library. A Starting point card at the top of the input column opens a modal of presets grouped by sector, with search, filters, the values each one carries, and how many inputs it would change. Pro and Firm can save the current inputs as a preset from the same screen, and firm presets appear alongside. Presets still change inputs only.
  • New Model settings drawer. Advanced Settings and Planning Assumptions moved out of the column into a slide-over panel with six tabs: Phases, Team, Typologies, Construction, Finish and floors, Lists. The dashboard stays visible and live while you edit, tabs show a count of values that differ from the defaults, and the drawer opens from the Starting point card or the sliders icon in the header.
  • The input column is now four cards: Starting point, Project Inputs, Project Profile, and exports.

Feezible launch build

  • Rebranded as Feezible with the navy and mint palette. Dark mode is the default; light mode stays.
  • Added accounts (Free, Pro, Firm), saved scenarios, side-by-side comparison, teams with invitations, and a shared rate library and presets.
  • Added dashboard section toggles, a proposal-ready PDF with fee by phase, and an integration CSV for Monograph, Factor AE, BQE Core, and Deltek.
  • Added calibration: paste actual hours from a finished project and the assumptions move toward your data.
  • Added five typologies: Office/Commercial, Mixed-Use, K-12/Higher Ed, Healthcare/Senior Living, Pharmaceutical/Lab. Multifamily stays as presets.
  • The calculation engine did not change. A regression test compares every output against the previous build.

Editable construction type impacts

  • Added 5A with 1A and 3A with 1A construction type options.
  • Made construction type an editable global labor modifier in the scope calculation.
  • Updated CSV and math validation exports to show the active construction type impact.

Revisions log added

  • Added this separate revisions page for tracking visible model engine updates.
  • Added a subtle footer link from the main model engine page to this log.
  • Included this page in the production Vite build so it deploys with the model engine.

Walkthrough and help access

  • Added a separate visual walkthrough page for non-technical users.
  • Included interface screenshots to show where key inputs, assumptions, results, and exports live.
  • Added a minimalist book icon in the model engine header that opens the walkthrough in a new browser window.
  • Expanded the walkthrough with plain-English explanations of Planning Assumptions.

Active team role controls

  • Added Active Team Roles controls in Advanced Settings.
  • Inactive roles now receive 0 hours and are removed from charts, staffing tables, and exports.
  • Role allocations now redistribute across the active roles in each phase.
  • The model engine prevents turning off the final active role so hours always have a valid destination.

Planning assumption clarification

  • Clarified that Planning Assumption percentages are labor-hour adjustments.
  • Clarified that Finish Level Cost Impacts apply to CD-phase labor compared with the Gold 0% baseline.
  • Clarified that Finish Level percentages are not construction-cost percentages and are not total-fee markups.
  • Added examples for typology, finish, PHFA, floor-count, hours-per-sheet, and active-role assumptions.

Deployment note: when this page changes, publish the current contents of the built dist folder, including index.html, walkthrough.html, revisions.html, and the full assets folder.
